Return and Refund Policy

We want every Thomsworth customer to feel confident in their purchase Returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.

Return requests should be submitted through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Made-to-Order Products.
Because many Thomsworth products are Made-to-Order, returns may be limited unless the product is defective or there is a manufacturing issue. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges.
If you need a different size, we will do our best to assist with an exchange where possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
